Please note a lesson package does not guarantee lessons with a specific trainer should an instructor no longer be available.Lesson Cancellation Policy:
* Lessons not attended and not cancelled under policies below result in forfeiture of lesson fee
* Cancellation of lesson with less than 24-hour notice subject to $15 reschedule fee.
* Cancellations made with 24-hour notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
* No Refunds for lessons not used under a purchased package. Lesson Packages do not expire.

Tunnel
Cancellation Policy:* Tunnel Reservations require credit card hold
* Reserved tunnel time not cancelled with minimum 2-hour notice is considered a "No Show" and subject to $25/tunnel No Show Fee.
